| Boundary touch or breakout without the needed retest | Response remains incomplete; wait under this model |
| Signal occurs at an internal reference | It is not a parent-range boundary setup; a smaller range needs separately marked bounds |
| Nearby obstacle appears before an objective | Record it as a management reference; do not rename it as a range-measured target |
