Chart roles
- Same-chart or parent-led lane selected before activation
- Parent timeframe named when applicable
- One execution timeframe named; 5-minute is the teaching default
- Holding intention and management plan written before entry
- No chart-role change after a miss, loss, or outcome reveal
Map
- Daily and hourly direction reviewed
- Prior-day and prior-week levels marked
- Relevant opening ranges, HCOM, LCOM, support, resistance, and Fibonacci levels marked
- 50 and 200 SMA context recorded
1-2-3
- Step 1 broke the active 10/20 area
- Step 2 consolidated or retested around the averages
- Step 2 shows pause or overlap rather than a same-direction stair-step
- Step 3 expanded clearly from that structure
- Price is not repeatedly crossing the averages
PTB
- Pullback returned toward the 10/20 area
- Candidate candle completed
- Inside bar was ignored
- Latest eligible completed candle is marked
- Long trigger is above the high or short trigger is below the low
- Candle is labeled PTB only after the directional trigger
- Usual stop reference is the other side of the PTB
- Prior extreme offers useful room
- Parent activation level is frozen first when the trade is parent-led
- No alternate timeframe was searched because the selected chart failed to qualify
- Same-chart sequence has no more than one failed initial PTB before this attempt
Management
- Prior high or low is marked
- Breakeven or exit condition is written
- Clean-break trailing reference is written
- Trade intention stayed unchanged
- Daily trade and loss limits are still available
Review
- Decision was recorded before the outcome
- Inside-bar and wait decisions were recorded
- P&L is separate from process quality
- No rule was changed to fit the result
