Your payout was denied.
Your evidence deserves a hearing.
You have the denial message, the trading record and your side of what happened. Getting anyone to examine them can be the hard part. We’re building a record of prop firm payout decisions so smaller traders can be heard.
Share your proof for private review, or join the case waitlist while you gather it. We’ll compare the firm’s explanation with the rules and records, including evidence of a real rule breach. Successful payouts and resolved disputes belong in the record too.
Free to submit. No membership required. Private review is the default.
The firm scorecards start with the records.
Public comparisons will show reviewed cases, denial reasons, rule findings and resolutions, with the sample and limits alongside them. Rankings are pending case collection and review. We have no published case findings to show here yet.
Submission counts measure the cases we receive. They cannot tell us a firm’s overall denial rate without its total payout requests. Bigger firms may receive more reports simply because more traders use them.
Put your case on the record.
Use one submission for each distinct payout request. Keep your original records. Screenshots can open a case; full agreements, exports and conversations may be needed before a finding.
Evidence privacy notice
StoicTA, LLC operates this review project. We use your submission to assess the case, manage the case waitlist, and handle permitted follow-up, corrections and withdrawal. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your story, email or alias, payout details, permissions, screenshots and review findings are encrypted in storage. Firm name, country, review status, dates and record identifiers are queue metadata. Only the authenticated owner review interface can retrieve private evidence. Our hosting and database providers process data under the site privacy policy. Technical logs may contain IP addresses. Public anonymity does not mean complete technical anonymity.
Private review is the default. Permission for anonymous coverage allows an edited, redacted account. Permission to include a case in public aggregate counts is separate. Raw files and identity stay private. Firm-contact permission is also separate; a redacted summary may still allow a firm to recognize its own case. We review before any coverage or outreach.
Records expire after 90 days and then become inaccessible. Expired records and their private statistics are deleted on the next submission or owner queue review. You can withdraw sooner with the private receipt issued after acceptance. Provider backups may retain deleted data until their retention cycle ends. Keep your own originals.
We cannot promise an investigation, response, publication or payout recovery. This form does not file a regulatory complaint, provide legal representation or stop a deadline. Questions, withdrawal help or corrections: stoic@stoicedge.com. Notice version: October 22, 2026.
